Cross sectional survey research design was used to investigate the application of Continuous Assessment strategies for effective teaching and learning of Economics in Colleges of Education in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. The population of the study consisted of 2500 from Economics Department, Nasarawa State Colleges of Education.
