The result revealed that Sufficient Hospital equipment shows a negative relationship with the dependent variable (primary healthcare service delivery; The Availability of drugs shows a positive result meaning there is effective healthcare service delivery; qualified medical personnel contributed positively to effect healthcare service delivery but at a very low level (below average). Furthermore, result obtained from the study revealed that there have been no enough healthcare facilities spread across Sanga local government area.
