dc.description.abstract | Irrespective of the fact the Nigeria’s national Policy on Education, Nigeria’s constitution and the Universal Basic Education Programmes and more have given everybody-girl, boy man or woman the ticket to the right to education, there is in this country, an overblown ridiculous emphasis on the girl-child education to the lamentable disfavor of the boy-child that is staying out of education. The authors see the girl-child education emphasis is absurd education and sues for attention in making Nigeria’s education qualitative and functional. There is a clarion call for a national legislation to ensure that children of school age are mandatory forced into the school with established government machinery effectively monitoring the implementation of the child-of-school-age-must-be in school agendum. | en_US |
