Abstract
The main objective of the study is to examine the impact of Leadership-Followership mentoring on organizational productivity in Nigeria. The study was limited to the staff of the Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja. This study adopted the survey research design using questionnaire as the research instrument. The population for this study consisted of 500 workers of Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja, adopting a sample size of222 as derived from the study. The data collectedfor the study were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis and tested at 5% level of significance. The study found weak significant effect of Leadership-Followership Mentoring in enhancing productivity in Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja. The study concludes that Mentoring alone do not enhance Productivity. The study therefore recommends that mentoring especially training Counseling, Coaching and Career development program by leaders should be given a top priority, much, further research needs to examine the effects of Leader-Follower Relationship can affect productivity in secular organizations and Institutions
