dc.description.abstractThis study was aimed to determine the influence of teachers' motivation on teacher's productivity in secondary schools in Nigeria, with particular focus on Shomolu Local Government Area of Lagos Slate. Descriptive survey research design was used. A self constructed 25 item questionnaire was used for the research study. Four hypotheses were tested. The statistical tools used to test the hypotheses were Pearson's Product Moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis.
