dc.description.abstract | This paper investigated the influence of teachers' variables in application of test blue print for students' continuous assessment in secondary schools of Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Six objectives, six research questions and six null hypotheses guided the study. The study made use of descriptive survey research design. From a population of 256 teachers, samples of 150 teachers were selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected with the aid of a validated questionnaire with reliability co-efficient of 0.88 index that was established using the Cronbach alpha method. Data were analyzed using independent t-test set at the 0.05 level of significance. The results showed that there was no significant difference between male and female teachers on application of test bine print among secondary school students. The extent of application of test blue print among secondary school teachers was found not to be statistically significant. It was recommended that teachers should be trained in the use of test blue print through regular workshops and placement of emphasis during their professional training in schools to ensure that their instrument was valid and reliable for measures of the students' ability. | en_US |
