dc.description.abstract | This paper assesses the extent of the application of Rule of Law in Nigeria. The Rule of Law emphasis the observance and supremacy of civil or regular law in a democratic society. It rules out the laws or excises of powers by government. This paper observed that the Rule of Law had flourished the democratic system of governance than during the military rule. Executive immunity, immunity, parliamentary immunity and the use of tribunals are some of the limitations to the application rule of laid in Nigeria. | en_US |
