Correctional centres are established mainly to rehabilitate criminals as well as deter other people from committing crime. There is an ongoing debate as to whether the correctional centres in Nigeria live up its expectation in the rehabilitation of inmates. This study assessed the impacts of rehabilitation on female inmates in Kaduna State Correctional Centres. The research was conducted in all the fifteen Correctional Centres in Kaduna State. Target population were female inmates who are twenty as at the time of this research. Accordingly, all the twenty female inmates across all the fifteen prisons constituted the subjects of the research. No sampling was necessary as the population is small. This eliminates errors associated with sampling. Questionnaires were administered to obtained data. Interview was also used mainly to interpret the content of the questionnaire where the respondent was non-literate. The obtained data were analysed using simple frequencies and percentage with the help of SPSS version 25.0. Major finding revealed that rehabilitations did not only exist in Kaduna correctional centres but also have positive impacts on the female inmates. The research recommended modern equipment and machinery for enhanced vocational skills training be provided; correctional institutions should partner with institutes and centres for entrepreneurship education in universities and other tertiary institutions to take entrepreneurship trainings to the correctional centres to better give the inmates hope for a better life after jail term; Correctional officers should be trained with emotional intelligence skills, as well as nursing, emotional and psychological to provide care while interacting with the inmates.en_US
