Abstract

The study examined the evolution of Diplomacy in Islamic Civilization and International diplomatic law. The methods used are historical and qualitative through library based approach. Adequate related literature is embarked upon. However, the significance of the work is to ascertain some contributions that Islam and indeed the Muslims had put towards the International Relation. The research has discovered that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) embarked on diplomacy to ensure smooth international relations Islamic history witnessed the Diplomatic Relation between Islamic State and other states or empire
