Abstract

The aim of this paper was to explore and assess youth academic success and national development as an instrument of growth and development in the nation educational attainment, the study conceptualize relevant literature and theoretical framework which anchot ed on structural dialectical and multi-factoral theory. Youth is an attractive age in human growth and development. They constitutes the backbone for nation growth and development. However, This is because past cannot be change but future can be change with aim of successful educational attainment. The neglect of youth educational success for skills acquisition capacity has pose a threat for the pursuer among youth in the country. It is important to identify the relevant of youth academic success and suggest ways of attaining successful education that in turn lead to national development. The neglect of youth education has adverse effect of their lives and the nation at large. Structure questionnaire and simple percentage are the instrument used for data collection and analysis respectively for this research findings, the study recommended and concluded that hard work and dedication should be encouraged therefore educational institution of learning is an instrument and pillar of growth and national development in any country.
