Based on the nature of the research, 400 questionnaires were distributed, 383 retrieved described and analyzed using Tables and simple percentage. The findings revealed that there is a relationship between education and women development as it indicate that development cannot take place without including women in education. The study further discovered that 50.1% of the total population of women in the study area participates in educational development. Furthermore, it was discovered that religion and culture are significant factor that impedes women educational development. Therefore, the paper recommends that Parents should give equal educational opportunity to children irrespective of their gender. Thus, policy makers, government and stakeholders should encourage women education and identify ways through which women could be properly involved in the economic development of their country.
