dc.description.abstract | Communication is a powerful instrument for social and economic empowerment in any human society, to the society what blood is to the human body. This article takes a look at peculiar issues prevalent in a multiethnic societies using Nigeria as a case study. It examines the bio-psycho and physiological characteristics of a youth and how communication can be utilized to bring about positive change and development in the life of any youth irrespective of ethnic backgrounds. The paper concludes that the youthful -age5, is a sensitive and active stage in life and recommends actions that will make the youths more useful and productive members of the society. | en_US |
