This study is about attitude of people towards children living with HIV/AIDS in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State. It's examined the knowledge of HIV/AIDS among the children. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 116 respondents. The data was analysed using frequency and simple percentage. The research concluded that the children are fully aware of HIV/AIDS existence and its deadly impact on society, but have a negative attitude towards those who live with the virus. It is recommended that to avert such problems, there is a need for HIV/AIDS education and communication programmes to go beyond merely offering information on risk-avoidance skills such as abstinence, to effect translation into sustained behavioural and attitudinal change by making the awareness publicly known through the use of media such as Television and Radio.en_US
