Abstract
The Penguin Dictionary of Psychology defines test as: a standardized type of examination given to a group or individuals; it may be qualitative or quantitative i.e. determine the presence or absence of a particular capacity knowledge or skill, or determine the degree in which such is present: in the later case, the degree may be determined by the relative position of an individual in the group or the population, or by assigning a definite numerical value in terms ofs ome selected unit.
