dc.description.abstractThe study examined the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility in NESTLE NIGERIA PLC, Abuja, Nigeria. The study adopted descriptive survey design. Questionnaire was used as the major instrument for data collection. The population on the study comprise of 120 employees of NESTLE NIGERIA PLC Abuja. A proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 92 respondents for the study. A total of 92 questionnaires were self administered by the researcher to staff NESTLE Nigeria Pic. in Abuja out of which, 86 were returned. The collected primary data were analysed by use of simple percentage and chisquare. The findings revealed that, the survival of any organization depends on series of exchange between the organization and its environment, and that NESTLE Pic has effect on society through sport and entertainment sponsorships. The study recommended that, NESTLE Pic should expand their activities by going into areas like health, education among others, it should also partner with the government to ensure effectiveness of social responsibility programmesen_US
