Kidnapping, rape, armed robbery, murder, destruction of oil facilities by Niger Delta militants alongside the attacks carried out by Fulani Herdsmen on some communities in Benue, Nasarawa, Taraba and other part of North East and Southern part of the country, the above statement has necessitates a revival and reinforcement of the nation economy growth which can be done through human resource development.
