Abstract
partitioning of some particulate trace metal Cd,Cr,cU,nI,pB AND zn in the siol of three dumsite (amudipe,A Yeyemi and Odopegtu site) in akure city of undo state, nigeria was caried out by selective sequential extraction procedues. other soil physico-cehemical parameters that influence the mobility and bioavailability of metal in soil were also determine. the soils, which were lsand-loamy, had soil reaction within the neutral and slightly alkaline pH range of 7.15 +-0 to 7.2+- with moderately high total organic matter content of 3.40+-0..26 6.64-0.51%. the percentage total metal distribution irMhe various rhpmirnt<fa°'^rll-lC™at!erc,ontentof3‘tO±0.26 6.64±0.51%.
