A nation cannot develop without a flourishing entrepreneurship, while Nigeria has being clamouring for economy development entrepreneurship which supposes to channel this development is faced with a number of problems. Using literature survey, the sturdy identified that the major stumbling blocks impeding entrepreneurship development in Nigeria among others are: lack of capital, government actions and lack of proper understanding of the business environment.
