The study adopted a descriptive survey7 design. A sample size of 388 students was obtained from a population of 70,082 students in Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. A self structured questionnaire titled; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Anxiety Disorder Scale (CBTADS) was used for collection of data. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Chi square was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The results showed that cognitive behaviour therapy has influence on panic and phobic disorder among secondary? school students.
