There are many attempts to curtail the menace which put abortive. This paper aim at finding the solution this problem from the perspective of Islam which is believe to divine that sort all time. The used in caring out the research is historical method where data were collected from both primary and secondary sources, through interview, observations, news from printed and non-printed media as well as Sharia’ah concept of Hirabah and fasad. The study ascertain that the problem of banditry and kidnapping started in southern part of the country and introduced in Northern Nigeria in the recent time around 2012.
