According to age distribution/ between the age of 30-39 years were HBsAg+ witii die CD4 counts<335 cell/pi and the least 288, T(4.0%) for HBsAg+ carriage rate, ‘die CD4 counts was <224 cell/pi between the age of >50 years old. At the second CD4 counts (after 6 months) the CD4 counts fell below <200 cell/pi and <100cell/pl respectively. However, there was a .significant relationship in the degree of infection among sexes given that, Z=0.40<±1.96.
