Some of the causes of corruption been identify as follows: greed, poverty, absolute power and lack of private morals among others, and this is a very difficult task to tackle, since the code of conduct bureau is limited in its jurisdiction to fight some of this identified causes of corruption. Furthermore/the study discovered that as a result of the bureaus inability to arrest and prosecute officers who bridge its provision. Public officers continue to perpetrate their act of corruption.
