Youth is an attractive age in human growth and development. They constitutes the backbone for nation growth and development. However, This is because past cannot be change but future can be change with aim of successful educational attainment. The neglect of youth educational success for skills acquisition capacity has pose a threat for the pursuer among youth in the country. It is important to identify the relevant of youth academic success and suggest ways of attaining successful education that in turn lead to national development. The neglect of youth education has adverse effect of their lives and the nation at large.
