Domestic violence seem to be increasing in terms of its impacts from the micro level to the macro level. One of such areas of impact is in the political sphere. This paper attempts an explanation of the nature of Domestic violence in Nigeria along with its impact in politics. It discusses the link between domestic violence and certain political behaviors. The paper then concluded with some recommendations for the reduction of domestic violence in our society.enArticle
