They are expected to produce and supply quality goods and services to meet with the increasing world population. The stoiy today is not the same as they faced years back. Then, firms could produce what they tho ught was within their disposal and convenient for cost savings. During the same period, competition was at its barest level, and productivity was at a limited scale. This made organizations make huge profits without recourse to quality standards. The advancement in computer and communication technology has not only enhanced development, it has also resulted to efficient and effective productivity. Organizations have also come to the realization that consumers' have great input into what they need to be provided with. What is required of modern organizations is for them to refocus attention on the management of resources in such a manner that will result to greater benefit to the consumers. This benefit can be achieved through the rebranding of production management processes and Quality control mechanism that will facilitate efficient and effective product and service delivery.
