Radicalism in religion is def initely born out of interest, political, economic or ideological in context. However, the Scriptures are clear on guidance as to the way their followers are supposed to operate in their relationship with others. This could be traced from early histories of the Prophets. This paper studies radicalism as exhibited by some religionist. Muslims as well as non- Muslims on themselves. The methodology used in the research is the exploration of the Our'dn and Hadi t h or Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAIT) alongside other related library literatures. Findings from the research revealed that high level of ignorance and personal interest as well as quest for power and leadership is the brain behind pushing youth into such activities.
