However, many years after the introduction of monetization policy, the productivity of the public sector is yet to improve hence the need for this study Is there really any impact? so, to what extent? If not, why and what really happened. This is the thrust of this project, with emphasis on Petroleum Equalization Fund Management Board (PEFMB) 2005 and 2010. The general objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of monetization policy service effectiveness using the Petroleum Equalization Fund Management Board Abuja between 2005 and 2010 as focus, the study adopted survey research design as a research methodology using chi- square as a tool of analysis, the study relied on primary and secondary data, as its source of information. The study concludes that there was little or no motivation for the workers because there was no standard and adequate reward system for genuine hard work.
