The objective of this study is to ascertain if skill acquisition contribute to sustainable development in Keffi Local Government Area. The work adopted a descriptive research in assessing Skill Acquisition as tools for Sustainable Development in Keffi Local Government Area. As the instrument of data collection, oral interview and research questionnaire were used. The analysis of the questionnaire was done based on percentages, allowing the greater or less than factor to influence the judgment gotten from the responses. After which it was discovered that unemployment contribute to poverty, as well as the attitude of the people does not embrace skill acquisition as such making it deficient in terms of contribution towards economic sustainability of the society.
