The agitation by the South-South region for environmental degradation and neglect by government and Multinational Corporations has led to constant review of the revenue allocation formula. This paper examined the concept of federalism, fiscal federalism and resource control and proffers way’s of commitment by Federal government in dealing with issues for resource control in Nigeria Federalism.
