The study was limited to the staff of the Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja. This study adopted the survey research design using questionnaire as the research instrument. The population for this study consisted of 500 workers of Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja, adopting a sample size of222 as derived from the study. The data collectedfor the study were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis and tested at 5% level of significance. The study found weak significant effect of Leadership-Followership Mentoring in enhancing productivity in Black-charcoal restaurant, Abuja. The study concludes that Mentoring alone do not enhance Productivity.
