This examines the consequences of information and communication technology on criminal behaviour amongst young Adult in Keffi Town, Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Nigeria. A social survey design was adopted. A survey of 361 respondents was drawn, using systematic sampling technique. Primary and secondary data were utilized in the study. The primary data were generated through the use of questionnaires. The questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively using tables, frequency and percentage. The results shown that most of the criminal activities are carried out through the use of mobile phone, computer and the internet and criminal activities are carried out through selling false goods and services through the internet, telling people to disclose their financial secret codes for a false transaction and by presenting a false self to prospective buyer of non existing goods/ services. Therefore, the study recommend that National Computer Crime Response Centre should be set up by the government which will comprise of experts and professionals to establish rules, regulations and standards of authentication of each citizen’s records and staff of establishments and Forensics commission should be established by the government, which will be responsible for the training of forensics personnel.
