Conditions of service were also found to contribute to teachers ’ turnover. Based on the findings of the study, it is recommended that only those who are professionally qualified should be recruited as teachers, while there should also be some improvement in the conditions of service for teachers at every level and sector.enacademic achievement, education, Nigeria, teachers, turnoverTurnover of Teachers and Students’ Learning Achievements in Private Secondary Schools in Abeokuta Metropolis of Ogun State, NigeriaArticle
