Teaching at the Universal Basic level is becoming one of the most challenging tasks in our society today as knowledge is expanding rapidly and modem technologies are demanding teachers to learn how to use ICT in their teaching. While these technologies increase teachers’ training needs, they also offer part of the solution. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can provide more flexible and effective methods of teaching for teachers, improve pre- and in-service teacher training, and connect teachers to the global teacher community. This paper exposes a variety of ICT approaches and activities in which the teacher uses downloaded videos to enhance the teaching of the structure of eukaryotic cells in a supportive learning environmenten_US
