dc.description.abstractThe relationship of components units and the central unit in most Federal states is characterized and typified by intrigues of politics, which tends to either affect the inter-governmental relations between them. In this work, we intend to use descriptive and analytical method of research to politics and realities of inter-governmental relationships, its effectiveness and other wise use Nasarawa State as a case study. Lastly, we will proffer some recommendations that will ensure a result oriented state-federal relations.en_US
