Abstract

This study discusses natural disaster as a stress or Through literature, authors have been able to identify the various way by which this happens. Various ways were suggested on how to manage stress by people who experience them. In conclusion, we believe that stress generally affect the individual, how to handle it depend solely on the individual efforts.
