| dc.description.abstract | Nigeria despite its enormous natural resources is poor because of underdeveloped economic and human resources. In order to create wealth and employment generation favourable investment climate is highly needed for proper economic development. Nations need quick skilled entrepreneurial workforce in area where there is competitive and comparative advantage. Inadequate policy, corruption, lack of continuity in government among others causes bad state of the economy. Entrepreneurship innovation theory will be used. We will recommend good policies, proper management, adequate funding, continuity in government, promotion of entrepreneurial and professionalism among others, as major solutions. | en_US |
