dc.description.abstractis project is transtation of an untold story about a controversial prophecy and its sequence tittled: 'African Cowboys: Boko Halal' written by Darwood Abdulreem. In this research work, the researcher begins by defining translation in rious ways in which it is defined by scholars, then he mentions types of mslation and the one he adopts in this project. He gives the biography of the iter whose story comes up from his childhood experience among the Fulani ttle herders of West Africa. In this novel, when a spiritual leader, Malam lmza, gives a controversial prophecy to one of his faithful followers, it brings <out serious conflict in the peaceful family of Jauro, a cattle herder of Fulani be. He tells Jauro that his new born son, Lameedo, is born with a misfortune at can destroy the unity of Jauro's polygamous family and bring him poverty. In i effort to avert the prophetic calamity, Jauro banishes Lameedo at the age of ven, leaving his mother, Demmo in agony for many years. But this plan doesn't as planned, instead, tearing his family apart arid throwing him m to a vicious Circle.en_US
