Abstract

This thesis is focused on the administration of Justice through the multi door court house in Nigeria. The study is aimed at and also to examine how parties to a dispute can get solutions to their dispute in a shortest possible time, the study also looked into the reasons and the concept of MDCH and how it has relieved the work of the judiciary and overcrowded cases in our court rooms. It also went further to look at multi door court house as a concept that provides a platform into ADR practice, providing several labeled doors, each representing a dispute resolution mechanism. Including all the ADR mechanisms we know In other words the object of this study is to reveal the unique concept of providing alternative practice and procedure in dispute resolution among parties in a court house.
