dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses corporate social responsibility in emerging markets. In addressing the topic of this paper, three basic issues are examined, namely: corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and emerging market. Furthermore, corporate social responsibilities that are expected from companies engaged in business in Nigeria are also critically examined. Consequently, recommendations are propounded based on the observations made in the course of this research.en_US
