dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses corporate social responsibility in emerging markets. In addressing the topic of this paper, three basic issues are examined, namely: corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and emerging market. Furthermore, corporate social responsibilities that are expected from companies engaged in business in Nigeria are also critically examined.
