APPRAISSAL OF WOMEN IN ENTREPRENEURIAL BUSINESSES IN DEKINA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF KOGI STATE.

The objective of this research was women Entrepreneurship and Business enterprises in Nigeria. The study used questionnaire gathered from 165 women in retail business in Dekina local government of Kogi State ”. The researcher used random sampling techniques in selecting the sample. Data analysis was carried using chi-square to shows significance relationship between women entrepreneurship and business enterprises development. Finding suggest that there is relationship between entrepreneurship and enterprises development at 0.399 level of significant The study therefore, recommends that women should put more interest in enterprise so as to develop, improve their standard of living and become independent by establishing more business through diversifications from other skill training acquisitions.
