dc.description.abstractThe study compares differences in the performance of males and females in NCE Science and Mathematics subjects from 1996-2002, in FCE Yola. The sample was made up of 494 males and 221 females totalling 715. Chi-square test was used for data analysis. The study revealed that males do not perform better than females in Science and Mathematics.en_US
