A prosecutor cannot place something on nothing and expect it to stand (ex nihilo nihil fit). As a way of ameliorating the situation the research recommended, that the Nigeria Police Force budgetary allocation be increased to enable the Police purchase and equip the force with advanced technological tools to efficiently fight crimes. These also included customized vehicles for Nigeria Police with camera installed on, installations of advance software on the dashboard linked to sophisticated database for facial recognition, diver licensing detection and there should be included in the curriculum of the Police College the use and operation of advanced technology. The installations of automated doors at the Nigeria Correctional Facility, and also ensuring that ICT training is made compulsory for all legal practitioners especially our judges, these would aid the application of Advance technology in the court rooms.
