The paper analysis investor preferences in the Nigeria capital market with particular references to five preference sectors of the economic. It observed that the Nigeria capital market exhibit§ investor preferences. For an even spread and better market development, the study recommends elimination of such disincentive as the problem of non-disclosure, long transaction time and cost and insider dealings.
