This is true because, films are a "uniquely rich medium for the purpose of studying culture." Thus, one of the primary benefits, particularly among nations, is thatf ilms are entertaining, engaging, and in many cases stimulate curiosity toward other cultures.Jit is in this regard that the paper identified the various ways by which film can be used to foster intercultural communications (especially between Nigeria and among other nations). The paper was anchored by Cultural critical studies theory & Standpoint theory respectively.Jit thus conclude & recommends that movies do help in shaping cultural attitudes and customs, as audiences adopt the attitudes and styles of the characters they watch on screen. Therefore, Filmmakers should always write their movie stories to influence cultural attitudes toward certain social issues.
