Only in modem times, however has human and systematic treatment been applied. It has been observed by the researchers that overwhelming number of children have made government intervention inevitable as individuals are placed into treatment group on the basis of the severity of their condition. Schools would have helped in this direction, unfortunately, the school system has been largely ineffective as the programme is massive tax burden and even led to the rising incidence of childhood disorder. Faced with this failure and the growing epidemic of childhood disorder, mental health professionals are devoting increasing attention to childhood disorder. Childhood disorder remains one of the most serious and rapidly growing disorders facing mental health professionals today and the psychological pain it brings. It is on this light that the paper is looking at childhood disorder and the theoretical explanation of causes and need for solution by stakeholders
